As a Graduate Building Services Engineer, you will be joining a successful team responsible for the tendering, pre-construction, design, construction, and commissioning of MEP building services systems. You will collaborate with our teams through the whole project lifecycle through tendering and pre-construction, design, construction, commissioning, and handover. Your day to day will include: Assist in the design, development, and coordination of building services systems on a range of exciting and varied projects Work closely with senior engineers to develop and refine design concepts that meet client specifications and comply with industry standards. Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD and BIM software. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data, assess project needs, and ensure designs are implemented correctly. How does the graduate scheme work? We're looking for people due to graduate in 2025, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in building services engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. The role of Building Services Engineer is great for you if: Strong interest in building services engineering and a passion for sustainable design. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant engineering tools. Basic understanding of building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
