Job Title: Senior Parts Advisor Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday Location: Winchester, Hampshire About Your New Company: Successful agricultural and automotive company with multiple sites, that provide top of the range products, quality service and expert knowledge to all customers. About Your New Role: Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Identifying spare parts requirements in-store, over the phone, and via email using online parts systems. Order Management: Processing sales orders and invoices through the Dealer Management System. Returns Coordination: Organising part returns within deadlines and coordinating with couriers. Stock Management: Assisting with rolling stock-taking programs, ensuring correct stock locations, and pre-picking parts. Goods Handling: Receiving, checking, and storing supplier deliveries while reporting shortages or damaged stock. Housekeeping & Safety: Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and previous experience within the agricultural industry.
