Cleaning Operative - Binley, Coventry. Overview West Midlands Fire Service (WMFS) is the second largest fire and rescue service in England, serving an area of 902km square and a population of more than 2.9 million people. Our cleaning services team supports our 38 fire stations and other sites across the West Midlands, helping us maintain safe and welcoming environments. The successful candidate will report to the Cleaning and Catering Manager, working within the facilities management team. This permanent position is based at Binley Fire Station, with regular opportunities for overtime. Responsibilities As part of this role, you will: work independently, using your initiative to meet the cleaning standards set by your line manager clean a variety of areas, including offices, hallways, staircases, mess rooms, toilets, and changing facilities We welcome applications from everyone, regardless of previous cleaning experience.
