Claimont Health have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nursing Assistant.
This role will be based in the community supporting our Client who is an adult who has spinal injury and complex health needs requiring support at home.

Main duties of the job
Main Duties
We are looking for high quality, dynamic and experienced Support Workers who have experience working with people with spinal injury and who are able to provide domiciliary home care.
You must have/be:
1. 1 years or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker working with people with spinal injury.
2. Highly interested in sports / Fitness.
3. Flexibility, maturity, independence and the very highest professional standards
4. Commitment to delivering client specific care
5. Adaptable approach to support client and family members
6. Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting

We are looking for high quality, dynamic and complex care Support Workers who have worked with a range of conditions and age groups. If you have experience with supporting adults with spinal injuries, we would like to hear from you.
We have a client requiring support in the East London area. This is a part time position in Hornchurch. Hours Available are as follows:
7. Monday & Tuesday 10:30am to 2:30pm
8. Wednesday 9:30am 2:30pm
9. Thursday 12:30pm to 5:30pm
You will need to be an experienced support worker who can support our clients to engage in community-based activities, as part of their progression.
YOU MUST HOLD A UK DRIVING LICENCE AND HAVE ACCESS TO A CAR
Required Skills/Qualifications:
10. 1 year or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker

20. Qualifications:
21. NVQ level 3 related subjects
22. NVQ level 4 related subjects
23. Nursery nurse qualification or similar
24. Diploma in relevant health / social subject
Experience
Essential
25. Significant experience in a similar role which demonstrates
26. commitment to mandatory training, attendance, and engagement.
27. Previous care experience in a health, social care, or childcare
28. setting.
29. Experience of communicating highly complex or sensitive
30. information and using skills to overcome barriers to understanding,
31. such as, with non-verbal clients.
32. Understanding of Information Governance, Data Protection, Care
33. Certificate standards, and safeguarding vulnerable children and
34. adults.
35. Experience of working in both acute and community settings.
36. Experience with working within Mental Health.
