The All Age Disability Service is looking for an admin assistant to join the team. We are a hardworking but happy professional team providing care and support to families across Wirral.
Working as part of the team, you will undertake a range of clerical tasks, including:
1. Processing of referrals
2. Scanning/photocopying and uploading documents to electronic records
3. Answering telephone calls and forwarding/redirecting calls
4. Arranging meetings and taking meeting notes
Within this role, you will have contact with service users, carers, families, and other health professionals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a flexible ‘can do’ approach, and a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.
This vacancy is full time, 37.5 hours (Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00).
Key Responsibilities:
1. To undertake a full range of administrative responsibilities.
2. To attend meetings and take meeting notes.
3. Managing petty cash.
Good communication skills are essential as the post holder will need to liaise directly with patients, carers, families, and other professionals. A working knowledge of general office procedures and Microsoft packages is required, but full training will be provided on CWP systems.
