Due to our continuous growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager with leadership qualities to manage a team and build business. This position is based in Birmingham and surrounding areas, with opportunities in London and Manchester.
Successful candidates will ideally have experience in the e-cigarette industry, with retail experience preferred. We expect a self-motivated, team-spirited professional who enjoys a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture and shares our core value of putting customers’ needs at the forefront of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building business by identifying and selling prospects.
* Maintaining relationships with clients.
* Identifying business opportunities by recognizing prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
* Researching and analyzing sales options.
* Providing support, information, and guidance to clients.
* Researching and recommending new opportunities.
* Advising on profit and service improvements.
* Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
* Contributing to team effort by accomplishing tasks and achieving related targets.
* Training, guiding, and supervising all sales staff and liaising with third-party agencies.
* Carrying out Sales Executive work activities for 2-3 months to familiarize with the team and general duties.
Requirements:
* Minimum one-year experience in the e-cigarette industry; retail experience will be an added advantage.
* Target-oriented.
* Good communication and analytical skills.
* Team player.
* Able to lead a team.
* Possessing a client book or network of local distributors.
