As a Senior Project Manager you'll be working within the Build Team, leading on a large MOD project. Your day to day will include :
* Managing the finances (revenue, costs, and cash flow) of projects.
* Managing operational communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and government agencies for the projects.
* Providing regular, accurate, consolidated reports and forecasts for the project to the area management, Kier Group, and customers.
* Fulfilling contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximising gross margin and customers' satisfaction.

* Significant experience in leading on projects of significant value from pre construction through delivery to handover
* Demonstrable experience of managing project budgets and programmes
* Expert knowledge of delivery under NEC and JCT contract conditions
* IT literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email as well as experience of using ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project
* SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid
