About the role
As Airport Duty Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operation of the airport. Your goal is to work collaboratively with the Passenger Experience team to improve operational efficiency and maintain the high standards throughout the airport that our passengers have grown to expect. The key responsibilities include:
* Providing leadership and line management to the Passenger Experience Assistants.
* Supervising all aspects of the terminal and surface access operations, ensuring our passengers receive a seamless experience at all stages of their journey through our airport.
* Conducting routine inspections of the airport facilities, identifying, reporting, and addressing any issues found.
* Reviewing the daily performance of the operation, ensuring KPIs are being met.
* Ensuring that airport safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
* Embodying the Airport's ‘One Team’ culture and understanding that there may be times when you are required to undertake other activities to support the needs of the business.
* Being available to work any shift during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
