We are looking for a Marketing Manager. At Shield, our marketing team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and strategic execution. This role is critical for driving regional marketing initiatives across EMEA & APAC while ensuring strong alignment with sales and global marketing efforts. You’ll play a vital role in regional field marketing, account strategy, and employee advocacy, supporting Shield’s broader business goals. You’ll be a key player in Shield’s expansion across EMEA & APAC, take ownership of impactful marketing initiatives that drive real business results.

What You’ll Do:
Field Marketing – EMEA & APAC
* Develop and execute strategic field marketing plans to drive account-based engagement and pipeline growth across EMEA and APAC.
* Plan, manage, and execute regional marketing events, including Shield-owned forums, industry conferences, roundtables, and networking events.
* Drive pre- and post-event engagement strategies to maximize impact on pipeline, ensuring strong regional follow-up plans with sales teams.
* Lead local demand generation initiatives in coordination with global demand gen and sales, ensuring marketing efforts align with business priorities.
* Manage regional marketing budgets and track ROI, ensuring investments contribute directly to sales and business goals.
Account Strategy & Seismic Ownership
* Serve as the regional marketing lead for sales teams in EMEA & APAC, ensuring they have the right marketing support to engage target accounts effectively.
* Take full ownership of Seismic adoption across sales teams, ensuring all materials are structured, updated, and utilized effectively.
* Develop and maintain account-based marketing materials, including sales decks, localized case studies, and targeted content to drive sales conversations.
* Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure alignment between Shield’s positioning, messaging, and sales enablement efforts.
Employee Advocacy & Regional Brand Growth
* Lead the strategy for the Shielders Club, Shield’s employee advocacy program, ensuring employees are equipped and motivated to amplify Shield’s brand.
* Develop engaging internal marketing initiatives to drive LinkedIn and social media engagement, increasing Shield’s brand presence in key regions.
* Identify and implement innovative ways to increase brand awareness and authority in EMEA & APAC, leveraging industry partnerships and PR opportunities.
Experience and skills:
* 7+ years of experience in field marketing, account-based marketing, or sales enablement.
* Experience marketing to Financial Services, RegTech, or Fintech companies is a strong plus.
* Proven ability to execute high-impact marketing events and drive measurable business outcomes.
* Strong understanding of the EMEA and APAC markets—cultural awareness and experience working with regional sales teams.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Highly proactive and strategic mindset—not just executing tasks, but owning marketing initiatives and making data-driven decisions.
* Experience with Seismic or other sales enablement platforms is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Willingness to travel within EMEA & APAC as needed.
