Our school is dedicated to supporting every child's individual needs and providing tailored educational experiences to help them thrive.The Role:As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant in Farnham, you will play a key role in supporting students across a variety of needs, including autism, communication difficulties, physical disabilities, and more. You will work alongside our dedicated teaching staff to deliver high-quality, personalised learning opportunities that help each child develop academically, socially, and emotionally.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning, delivering, and evaluating lessons in collaboration with class teachers.Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, ensuring their engagement and progress.Adapt learning activities to meet the specific needs of students.Help create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and senior staff.Liaise with parents and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.About You:HLTA qualification (or equivalent) or a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.Experience working with children with SEN in a school or other educational setting.Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.Experience in implementing strategies to support students with a range of learning needs.Education and Training- Farnham - Education and TrainingTPBN1_UKTJ
