Morrison Water Services is recruiting for an External Coach to work on our Yorkshire Water WSP contract in Yorkshire.
As an External Coach, you will be part of our Training and Coaching Team responsible for coordinating the performance and development of circa 500 operational staff on client IT systems and mobile devices.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing day-to-day support to Toughbook users, Project Managers, Front Line Managers, and the Training Manager.
* Training, coaching, and supporting operational users on all aspects of the client's hardware and software, ensuring clear guidelines for the delivery of accurate and timely feedback.
* Carrying out Skills Gap Analysis and Competency Assessments to identify further training and coaching needs through regular 1-1 coaching observation sessions.
* Developing and implementing an ongoing refresher training program for your respective area.
* Assisting with creating and maintaining Module and Process documentation and Quick Reference ('How To') guides, ensuring compliance with current and updated processes.
* Carrying out daily validation of reports related to Interruption to Supply feedback, Redlines, Meter feedback errors, and creating coaching improvement plans as applicable.
* Working alongside and liaising with Front Line Managers, Project Managers, and the Training Manager to help maximise performance.
* Being an advocate for Commercial Awareness on the contract.
* Providing telephone support to Operational teams.
* Assisting the IT Systems & Training Manager with the upkeep of the asset inventory, including MWS mobile phones.
* Managing new starter IT equipment/user requests/Client ID Cards.
* Recovering IT equipment from leavers in a timely manner.

You will require a full driving license for this role.
