The Role
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our Administration team at Mount Stuart Hospital, a leading private hospital in Devon known for high-quality healthcare services.
This position is for a Bank Administration Assistant, where you will work as needed based on the hospital's requirements, during busy or quieter periods. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional administrative support across various hospital departments.
The role involves liaising with patients, consultants, and hospital staff. We require a professional individual with excellent verbal communication skills, initiative, teamwork ability, adaptability, and computer literacy—particularly with Word and Outlook. Experience with Electronic Patient Record systems is advantageous.
Location
Mount Stuart Hospital, established in 1984, features 26 en-suite bedrooms and is renowned for delivering high-quality healthcare treatments and services.
Candidate Requirements
* Maths/English GCSE or equivalent
* Proven organisational and communication skills, both written and oral
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
* Effective communication with colleagues and consultants using appropriate interpersonal skills
* A positive, willing attitude
* Self-motivated with strong organisational and customer service skills
