The roles and responsibilities of this Assistant Store Manager – Premium role:
* Assist with the day-to-day running of the store and overall business success.
* Deliver of Commercial KPI’s include ATV, UPT, Sales & Stock control.
* Step in for the Store Manager when needed and take charge of daily operations.
* Drive store performance through excellent service, smooth operations, and strong teamwork.
* Support the Store Manager in building a culture of trust and open feedback.
* Help recruit, hire, and retain a talented, diverse store team.
* Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications required for this Assistant Store Manager – Premium role:
* Proven experience as an Assistant/Deputy Store Manager or Supervisor/Department, or similar role in retail or hospitality.
* Strong people management skills: communication, motivation, coaching, and building connections.
* Ideally working in a customer focused retail environment
* Used to working towards commercial KPI’s
* Confident in making decisions and solving problems effectively.
* Naturally encouraging and great at leading others toward customer satisfaction and sales goals.
* Performance-driven and able to inspire your team to excel.
