A brilliant opportunity to join a forward-thinking PE-backed business in central Reading. You'll be working closely with the CFO (a brilliant guy by the way!) who is highly commercially minded.
An exit is likely on the cards for the PE house within the next few years; as such, this represents a really exciting time to join and get some serious exposure to a Private Equity environment inclusive of a sale.
This role would likely suit someone looking to step up into their first Financial Controller role. Ideally, the CFO would like a technically strong accountant and is minded to target individuals that were audit-trained in practice.
