Description Permanent contract | £32,076 to £33,945 per annum (Scale H) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich The Central HomeFirst Hub (HFH) operates the effective and efficient hospital discharge in line with Discharge to Assess (D2A) and hospital admission avoidance with the Network of Escalation Avoidance Team (NEAT) You will be responsible for delivering a dynamic Business Support service for the HomeFirst Hub (HFH) for Central Norfolk, providing leadership to Senior Business Officers working across D2A and NEAT. You will have experience of managing a large team and be able to create a positive culture of expertise and first-class customer service. You must be able to work with pace and uncertainty. As an evolving service you will know how to monitor and review business support processes. You will work as part of a multi-agency team which includes Nurses, Therapy, Social Care, and more. A working knowledge of D2A and NEAT would be an advantage.
