This is a new opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis.Your new roleReporting to the Management Accountant, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the organisation. This position involves assisting with various financial tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance department.Duties & Responsibilities
* Assisting Purchase Ledger with matching and coding invoices
* Entering invoices and credit notes into Sage
* Checking and reconciling statements
* Registering capital invoices onto the fixed asset register
* Checking and reconciling stock reports
* Assisting sales ledger to raise invoices
* General finance administration
* Liaising with suppliers and site managers
* To perform additional duties appropriate to the job as and when required
