What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
* Proactively sell The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park to assigned territories/industry segments
* Introduce new clients, whilst maintaining existing relationships to drive targeted business into the hotels
* Achieve individual goals from assigned territories/industry segments, and with the proactive sales team meet and exceed annual hotels’ budgets
* Have a clear understanding of overall hotel goals
* Awareness and understanding of competitive sets, and ability to effectively sell against them
* Work together with Area Director of Sales/Director of Sales with relevant projects when assigned
What you'll bring
* Technical skills
* Minimum 2 years’ proactive experience in the Group Corporate market within the luxury sector
* Driven and creative individual with strong communication skills
* Team player with ability to work harmoniously within immediate department and across the wider hotels
* Great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
