Roles Available: Both full time and part time
Salary: £85 - 110 per day (dependent on experience & qualifications)
Protocol Education is looking for individuals who wish to begin their careers in education. We are seeking Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, and Cover Supervisors to be based in schools across Shropshire.
We recruit people who have had both personal and professional experience supporting children or vulnerable people. We also find that those who have graduated have the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful within a school.
Roles Overview
1. Teaching Assistants: Typically based in the classroom, they engage in activities and support both the students and the teacher with lesson production.
2. Learning Support Assistants: Work with small groups or provide 1:1 support for individuals with SEN or SEMH disorders. This role is rewarding and works best for individuals with full-time availability.
3. Cover Supervisors: Oversee classrooms during the absence of a teacher, working flexibly across different schools. This role is great for networking with a variety of schools.
Requirements:
* The right to work in the UK
* Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS
* Approachable and friendly demeanor
* Confidence in a classroom setting
* Positive communication skills
* Preferably, personal or professional experience interacting with SEN or vulnerable individuals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position, with the potential for permanence in some cases.
