Our client has a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Legal firm.
This is a permanent Full-time position working 9-5pm Monday-Friday, working within the wills and probate team. Transport is needed to drive between branch locations. Immediate interviews.
Duties:
* A high level of administrative support to Legal Advisors
* Preparing correspondence and documents which could include audio and copy typing.
* Appointment setting and diary management.
* Prepare invoices and accounts documentation.
* Maintain and prepare file reviews.
Requirements:
* Previous experience within a Legal environment
* Working knowledge of IT systems
* Comfortable dealing with telephone enquiries and accurate data input
* Driving licence and use of a vehicle
* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
* Experience in Audio and copy typing desirable.
