This role brings a wide variety of tasks assisting through multiple departments such as searching for new business opportunities to updating price guides in line with current market conditions to ensure competitiveness. The successful candidate will demonstrate a range of skills routine in data analysis and finance handling, on a base of exceptional communication and organisational skills.

The Role:
1. Respond promptly to customer enquiries, producing accurate and competitive quotations for aircraft maintenance services, ensuring all commercial, financial and technical factors are taken into account.
2. Address customer queries on quotations, negotiable pricing, and secure necessary approvals for any discounts from senior management.
3. Collaborate with Technical Services and Base Maintenance to generate quotations for additional work requested by customers prior to execution.
4. Work closely with third party organisations to support customer requests and provide tailored quotations.
5. Maintain an up-to-date quoting proposal register, ensuring accuracy and completeness for all quotes provided.
6. Continuously update the sales pipeline and hangar plan to reflect current and future projects.
7. Work closely with the invoicing department to review actual costs versus quoted costs, adjusting databases as required.
8. Create and maintain databases for pre-purchase inspections, re-registration tasks and schedules downtimes to ensure comprehensive and accessible information.
9. Regularly update and manage records to streamline processes and maintain operational efficiency.
10. Actively seek out new customers and nurture relationships to expand the company's client base.
11. Regularly update the line servicing price guide to stay aligned with current market conditions and ensure competitiveness.
The Person:
Proven experience in a similar role. Background within the Aviation industry advantageous.
