Service Desk Engineer - Bristol 3 months £200 a day Inside IR35 DXP Talent is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join our MSP client based in Bristol for an initial 3 months. The Service Desk Engineer will be based on-site supporting customers to provide a variety of technical fixes in what is primarily a Microsoft environment. Candidates should ideally have 2 years providing 1st/2nd Line support, experience working for an MSP and be able to start within 2 weeks. In addition to having good customer service skills, candidates should also have technical experience in the following: - ServiceNow - O365 (Azure AD, Teams, OneDrive) - Windows 11 - Laptop builds and configuration - Mobile Phone support/setup If you are interested int he role please send your CV for consideration.
