Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily operations of the practice
Support the Team Manager in implementing strategic initiatives
Oversee scheduling and allocation of resources
Facilitate effective communication within the team
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor and assess team performance, providing feedback and training as needed
Manage client intake and service delivery processes
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a healthcare setting
Strong understanding of clinical governance and best practices
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
Proficiency in using healthcare management systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Relevant qualifications in health care management or a related field
