Join Our Complex Works team as an External Contracts Delivery Manager We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Contracts Delivery Manager to ensure the effective and efficient day to day delivery of Platform responsive service delivered through external contractors. In this role you will manage damp, mould and major works across our localities, ensuring our housing stock is well-maintained, customer satisfaction is increased and risks related to disrepair and Human Habitation Act claims are mitigated. You will play a key role in ensuring value for money (VFM) and delivering high-quality services for our customers. You will also provide leadership, guidance, and support to your direct reports and their teams, ensuring the successful delivery of contracts and projects across Platform’s housing stock. Some essential things we need from you: Significant experience in housing property repairs / management with strong experience of contracts management Knowledge of building construction, maintenance, and contracts Experience and knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework relevant to programmes of works and maintenance, including knowledge of Disrepair Protocol and case management of disrepair Excellent leadership, team building and motivational skills with experience of successfully managing a team to deliver programmes of maintenance works Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment It is essential to have a full UK driving license and the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations across our localities as required. You will also be part of the Asset & Sustainability team out of hours escalation if required.
