Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and execute design and advisory tasks for both internal and external stakeholders
2. Coordinate and oversee technical resources within the Energy Division
3. Supervise assigned technical personnel, whether in-house or external
4. Build and sustain professional competence and credibility
5. Establish departmental KPIs and lead efforts to drive continuous improvement
6. Offer leadership, guidance, and oversight to ensure staff remain safe, motivated, focused, and fully developed while achieving their potential
7. Support the growth and progression of the Energy Division
Skills/Must have:
1. Technically skilled, providing solutions that are compliant, commercially viable, and fit for purpose
2. Comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle
3. Extensive expertise in the Building Services sector, including knowledge of alternative energy solutions
4. Holds a recognised degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, preferably with CIBSE membership
5. Proficient in MS Office, CAD, BIM, and other relevant design software
6. Proven track record of at least 15 years of experience in design and construction within a comparable role in the industry
