Business & Private Operations Manager – Sevenoaks Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with experience in business, financial, and private operations? We're partnering with a family office based in Sevenoaks to find a versatile Business & Private Operations Manager to manage both business affairs and private financial operations. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with entrepreneurial principals and oversee a wide range of responsibilities across multiple areas. Key Responsibilities: Business Operations : Manage complex diaries, coordinate global travel, prepare Board materials, and assist with research for proposals, bids, and partnerships. Financial Operations : Oversee household expenses, track investments, manage insurance, and support tax processes for the family and properties. Private Support : Coordinate family logistics, including travel, medical appointments, and personal errands. Support household and car maintenance, as well as philanthropic initiatives. You’ll work across a variety of sectors and regions, liaising with key international stakeholders, including finance teams based in Southeast Asia, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both business and personal needs. Ideal Candidate: At least 5 years of experience in a business assistant or similar role with exposure to financial and investment operations. Proven ability to manage both business and personal affairs in a confidential, discrete manner. Experience in financial management, small business tax affairs, and household logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software; familiarity with AI and productivity tools is a plus.
