We would prefer it if you were in the office on the same days as the CEO: Tues, Wed, Thurs The Team You Will Join We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who can thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting the CEO and his deputy, who is Head of Employee Benefits. A detailed-oriented self-starter, this role serves as the eyes and ears for the CEO and requires someone who exhibits sound judgement with the ability to prioritise, is comfortable interacting with senior level executives, and with a resourceful, can-do attitude. The Opportunity The dynamic nature of Executive Assistant role requires that the ideal candidate have exemplary time management and organisational skills with the ability to identify and anticipate the CEO’s needs. The Executive Assistant must interact seamlessly with a professional demeanour across a broad range of individuals including members of the UK Executive Management Team, the EMEA Senior Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors. To perform the duties of Executive Assistant successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential information while exercising professionalism and discretion. How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities) Work directly with both the CEO and his deputy to support all aspects of their work, including keeping them advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, and ensuring appropriate follow-up. Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties. Extensive calendar management, including scheduling meetings and all travel arrangements, whilst evaluating needs/priorities. Minute taking and board pack preparation, including timely submission of minutes, and action follow up. Inbox management in the CEO’s absence and respond accordingly. Timely submission and reconciliation of monthly expenses, including G&E form submission. Organising offsites and/or workshops, including research, all logistics and execution. Work closely with the CEO’s Executive Management team and have a good understanding of the key priorities.
