The Role
* Territory Manager role, building relationships with a portfolio of existing retail customers
* Developing business and relationships with independent retail accounts eg Toy Shops, Garden Centres, Gift Shops, Department Stores
* Territory Management – journey planning, setting objectives, achieving targets, building relationships, sales administration work
* Continuous Training – Sales Training, Product Training, Industry Training etc with the objective of developing into an effective, structured and professional Territory Manager in the short to medium term
The Person
* Ideally degree educated – intelligent, inquisitive, wants to learn and wants to develop
* Dynamic personality – natural presence, natural charisma, excellent communicator, personable and confident
* NO JOB HOPPERS – a solid and stable track record. Ideally with at least 2 years sales or related experience, likely to be currently in your first field sales role and looking for a long term career move with a Global Business
* Possibly working currently for a Field Marketing Agency ie dealing with retail customers in a field based role in any FMCG sector in areas such as Compliance, Merchandising etc. Now looking for your first Territory Manager role with a Brand Owner and Brand Leader with excellent training
