Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our Aseptic Filling & Bulking team. In this role, you will operate cutting-edge manufacturing and filling lines to ensure the highest quality pharmaceutical production. You will directly contribute to delivering safe and effective treatments to patients worldwide. Key Responsibilities Operate Manufacturing Equipment – Set up and operate bulking and aseptic filling lines in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs). Ensure Compliance & Quality – Maintain adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory standards (MHRA & FDA). Maintain Cleanroom Standards – Perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Steam-In-Place (SIP) activities, operate airlocks, autoclaves, and automated cleaning systems. Minimize Downtime & Optimize Efficiency – Assist with equipment start-ups, changeovers, and basic maintenance to reduce product waste and downtime. Support Continuous Improvement – Participate in Lean systems, validation projects, and process optimizations for new product introductions. Manage Documentation & Reporting – Perform SAP transactions, complete GMP reporting, and contribute to non-conformance investigations. License & Qualification Requirement – Maintain at least a Bronze License Badge for Production Areas (Grade C/D), with requalification required every two years. Qualifications & Experience Industry Experience: Previous experience in an operational, production, pharmaceutical, or regulated environment (MHRA & FDA regulations) is preferred. However, we also welcome candidates who demonstrate a strong ability to learn quickly and excel in a regulated setting. Cleanroom & Aseptic Knowledge: Experience working in cleanrooms with an understanding of aseptic manufacturing and filling (desirable). Technical Expertise: Familiarity with spray drying systems, bulk GMP powder manufacturing, and powder filling. Understanding of HMI-driven pharmaceutical systems or willingness to learn. Aseptic Block License preferred. Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills. Educational Background Essential: Good proficiency in English (including legible writing ) and basic mathematical skills. Desirable: A scientific background (A-Levels or equivalent in Science-based subjects) is beneficial but not essential. Why Join Us?
