Job Description
Are you ready to drive seamless customer integration, enhance operational efficiency, and support the rapid growth of our procurement services? As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hotel clients, maintaining operational excellence, and driving key initiatives and growth in a fast-paced environment. Your role is based in Munich and will focus on the Categories covering Hotel CAPEX (IT, Construction, Maintenance, FF&E and more) within our region of Europe and North Africa.
What will you do?
1. Oversee the onboarding process for new hotel clients, ensuring timely and efficient integration.
2. Develop strategies to streamline customer onboarding and enhance the client experience.
3. Conduct regular price benchmarks and market analysis to ensure competitive pricing.
4. Manage and optimize workflows to support the efficiency of category managers.
5. Coordinate across internal teams to gather and provide information for new customer setups.
Qualifications
Our ideal profile would be:
1. 2 years of experience in a similar role, in Sales, Procurement or analysis
2. Ideally an advanced university degree (Master, MBA, business education or similar)
3. Strong analytical thinking, with experience in market analysis and benchmarking.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance tasks, deadlines and prioritize effectively.
5. Strong communication skills, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
6. Fluency in English
