Help shape the future of Warwickshire’s Registration Service The successful candidate will support the Registration Service Managers Leaders in achieving our organisational vision and outcomes whilst working in partnership with them and the other Team Managers / Senior Deputy Superintendent Registrars. You will manage your team to meet the outcomes of the service delivery plan. You will develop and maintain good working relationships with team members and our range of key stakeholders including statutory partners, service providers, voluntary section and customers. Registration nationally is facing a period of significant change; further modernisation is also planned in line with the government digital agenda. You will play a significant role in implementing any legislative change into the service as well as shaping and evolving the service to meet the changes. Applicants will need to evidence people management skills and experience, effective resource management and planning capabilities, a good technical knowledge of registration, and the ability to undertake responsibility for performance, standards, and statutory requirements.
