Job Title: Project Manager – Signage Industry

We’re currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects and help drive MIYO Brand’s reputation for quality and reliability.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in signage production and installation who can seamlessly manage projects from start to finish. This role will involve coordinating with clients, overseeing the production and installation process, and ensuring that all projects meet our high standards for quality and precision.
Responsibilities:
* Lead signage projects from planning through to execution, managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
* Work closely with clients to understand project needs, set clear expectations, and provide regular updates.
* Collaborate with production teams on tasks like sign fitting, large-format printing, and vinyl application.
* Hands on within various stages of sign construction, including box signs, 3D lettering, LED signage, and vehicle graphics.
* Manage equipment operations such as CNC machines, automatic letter benders, and laminators.
* Conduct site assessments, organize installation logistics, and ensure project adherence to health and safety guidelines.
* Develop and maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports for clients and management.
Essential Criteria:
* Experience: Minimum of 4 years in signage, print, or a related industry, with hands-on experience in sign fitting, fabrication, and vinyl application.
* Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with industry tools (e.g., scalpel, guillotine, application tape) and a strong understanding of materials and processes.
* Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality across all project stages.
* Project Management Skills: Experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality standards.
* Driving License: Valid license required for site visits and installations.
Preferred Criteria:
* Familiarity with advanced signage processes, such as scaffold installations and sign tray fabrication.
* Proven experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello) and familiarity with CAD or Adobe software for signage design.
