Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £150 Per day Job Duties: As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. This includes following the school's curriculum, managing classroom behaviour, and assessing student progress. Required Qualifications: A valid teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) are essential for this role. You must also have a DBS check and be eligible to work in the UK. Education: A bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject is required for this position. Experience: Prior experience in teaching or working with students in an educational setting is preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Strong communication skills, classroom management abilities, and a passion for education are key for success in this role. Knowledge of the UK curriculum and teaching standards is also important. Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications or training in specific subject areas or teaching methods are desirable. Working Conditions: You will work in various schools within the designated area, following the school's schedule and policies. This role may involve some travel between different school locations.
