Role as a Trainee Initially working as a Trainee, your role will be primarily sourcing candidates for open job vacancies. Headhunting Cold - calling Managing candidates through a job process. The Training Your training will be led by the CEO and founders. You will also work alongside a performance coach dedicated to supporting mental health and driving a high-performing attitude. There is a 12-week initial training scheme and ongoing training, development, and support throughout your time with the business.
