Key Responsibilities:
* Front Desk Operations: Greet clients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments efficiently using our booking system.
* Client Communication: Answer phone calls and social media enquiries promptly, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information about our services.
* Administrative Tasks: Maintain client records, process payments, and ensure the reception area is tidy and organised.
* Support Team Coordination: Assist in managing the daily schedule to ensure smooth operations and support team members where needed.
* Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about our services and promotions to provide accurate recommendations to clients.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Previous customer-facing experience is preferred.
* Professionalism: A polished and friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills.
* Organization: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
* Adaptability: Comfort in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn new systems.
* Knowledge of the Industry: Preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
