JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Channel Manager EMEA
Precision Polymer Engineering (PPE)

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
* Drive revenue with 80 customers through supporting their commercial activity, establishing collaborative relationships, and being a trusted advisor in the sealant market.
* Explore and develop new and existing business opportunities for ISS via channel partners in the assigned region.
* Establish PPE as a vendor within new industrial distribution targets.
* Develop and manage a network of key channel partners.
* Set and assist in achieving sales budgets for all products and services.
* Work with Key Account Managers to leverage channel strengths for sales growth.
* Develop distribution pricing strategies to position PPE effectively.
REPORTS TO: Business Line Leader, Industrial
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Drive sales revenue for assigned region to distributor partners.
* Define markets and business development plans to increase market share and revenue.
* Collaborate with distribution partners on strategic account management plans.
* Work with internal teams to ensure effective organizational structure and customer alignment.
* Provide education and resources to support distribution expansion.
* Identify and cultivate new opportunities for distribution.
* Drive funnel and forecast accuracy.
* Collaborate with the inside sales team for optimal customer solutions.
* Maintain regular measurements to ensure progress to revenue targets.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
* Experience in frontline sales managing key channel partners.
* Prior knowledge of industrial distribution.
* Ability to forecast, develop budgets, and provide measurement systems.
* Industry and technical knowledge with practical business acumen.
* Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint.
* A real team player with a reputation for integrity and achieving results.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to deliver against company values.
