The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, managing office supplies inventory and procurement, coordinating aSpellchecknd scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and assisting in the on-boarding process for new employees.Responsibilities Included:

7. Liaise with a variety of contractors, managing their schedules and ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within budget.
8. Take charge of the finance side of office management, including creating budget spreadsheets, processing invoices, and chasing invoice payments.
