Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Account Manager at Labelman Ltd. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for growing the business, onboarding and developing new customers, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, following up leads and communicating new technologies and solutions.
The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for new and existing customers in a variety of market sectors. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients. About the Role:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts, nurturing relationships and maximising sales potential.
* Identify and prospect for new business opportunities, generating leads and converting them into loyal clients.
* Understand customer needs and provide tailored barcoding solutions that meet their specific requirements.
* Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on performance.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
* Attend industry events and trade shows.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including production, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experience.
About you:

* Knowledge of barcode equipment and labelling systems is a plus
* Proficient in CRM software, ideally Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite
What we offer:
* Full time 9-5.30 role with a competitive salary plus uncapped commission structure based on reaching a monthly target with an opportunity to receive a yearly bonus on top of this based on performance.
* The role is predominately working from home; however we would expect the applicant to come into the office for meetings occasionally or visit customers/suppliers when required.
* Basic salary £28000-£34000 dependant on industry knowledge and experience (OTE £34,000.00 - £50,000+ PA).
* Holiday 20 days per annum (plus an additional day for every year worked. And another opportunity to receive 4 additional days)
