We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced social worker to join our team in the amazing Shetland Islands.
We're seeking a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for adults and their carers. If you're driven to make a meaningful impact, this role will allow you to bring your enthusiasm and expertise to the forefront.
This position offers a minimum 6-month contract, with a competitive hourly rate, accommodation provided, and flights covered.
Your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
1. Working with adults and older people
2. Managing your own caseload
3. Carrying out assessments and Reviews
4. Developing Care plans
5. Report writing
Requirements:
6. Member of the PVG scheme
7. Degree in Social Work or equivalent
8. Member of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
9. Council officer experience
