We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Team Leader / Supervisor for one of our clients based in the Clevedon area. This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift pattern or a steady shift pattern (Days).
Previous production/manufacturing experience would be an advantage, although not essential as full training will be provided. However, candidates must be reliable, self-motivated, conscientious, and take pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure tasks and duties are completed efficiently and correctly.
2. Monitor employee performance and reports.
3. Prepare and submit shift reports.
4. Manage and organise workload and duties.
5. Induct, train, and motivate new employees.
6. Conduct material checks to ensure the right equipment and products are used.
7. Prepare and schedule work plans.
Personal Competencies:
1. Attention to detail.
2. Methodical approach when problem solving.
3. Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative.
4. Team player.
5. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
