My client, a reputable organisation, is currently looking for a Credit Controller in the Burnley area, which is situated near Nelson, Accrington, and Blackburn. This is an exciting role working for a fantastic company, with a working week of 37.5 hours on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to join an organisation with significant growth plans.
Responsibilities:
* Collect account debt through telephone, email, and letter
* Reconcile customer accounts
* Maintain good relationships with customers and clients
* Utilize Sage 50
* Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Excel
* Exhibit strong client and customer relationship skills with attention to detail
* Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
