We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Vet Surgeon to lead and mentor the team at a small animal practice in Monmouthshire, South Wales We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Vet Surgeon to lead and mentor the team at a first opinion small animal practice in Monmouthshire, South Wales full time permanent opportunity working 40 hours over 4 days a week with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a rota and no OOH practice is modern and well-equipped with Bio-Chemistry and Haematology Idexx machines, Digital x-ray processors, Ultrasound, dental machines and multiparameter monitors. role will involve acting as Clinical Lead, consulting with clients and performing surgeries along with leading, managing and mentoring the Vet team. role would suit either an existing Head Vet looking for change or an experienced Vet looking to step up. role requires strong clinical experience and ability to lead, mentor and manage a clinical team. specific areas of interest will be highly supported Well located with the cities of Bristol, Newport and Cardiff are all within a reasonable commute and the beautiful South Wales coastline, the Forest of Dean and Brecon Beacons.
