As a Studio Production Coordinator, you will be an instrumental part of the smooth running of day to day operations. managing all photoshoot samples throughout their journey in the Photo Studio. You will work with a wider studio production team across 4 studio sites, to oversee the scheduling of workload to our still life shoot teams, including model and creative shoots. You will be responsible for training all new production team members as part of this role.
Responsibilities
1. Be the studio point of contact in relation to the management of samples - manage the enquiries inbox - resolving and responding to all types of in-house and external queries relating to both Fashion samples
2. Responsible for the end to end work and production flow throughout the studio
3. App champion - train develop and introduce the App process through Studio
4. Responsible for training new team members for studio process and workflow
5. Allocate work to the creative teams based on planning teams schedule
6. Allocate work to the studio production assistants and temporary staff
7. Be the point of contact for the creative, production and planning teams to assist with any queries and provide regular updates.
8. Liaise with Product Coordination Teams on a daily basis to coordinate Fashion samples across all studio sites.
9. Have an understanding of all ad-hoc / creative shoots that are happening within the Photo Studio, communicating with the creative and production team the necessary shoot information.
10. Attend meetings and present data, updates and communication in front of the team. Communicate any system discrepancies or required improvements in Filemaker or reports with management and ‘data team’
11. Organise and manage communications between studio and QC stock flow
12. Using the studio database, check products into the system as required for scheduling and check out to return to relevant Head office departments/warehouse.
13. Manually handle product/crates where necessary around the studio.
14. Responsible for the safety of colleagues and yourself in the workplace. To report or deal with any hazards, incidents and accidents.
15. Assist in Ad hoc duties as set out by the Studio Managers.
16. Deputise in the absence of the Senior if needed and perform any ad hoc duties as set out by the Senior and Studio Manager.

19. Excellent organizational experience and attention to detail.
20. Mac/ PC literate & have some level of experience in data input.
21. Have the ability to interpret data, create reports and update existing spreadsheets.
22. Have a helpful, friendly and professional manner at all times.
23. Be able to contribute and work effectively within a team environment.
24. Have previous experience working within a similar role.
25. Have excellent Google suite skills (i.e. Docs and sheets).
26. Demonstrate the ability to work within health & safety guidelines.
27. Full UK driving license.
