DNA Recruit are working with a leading Digital Marketing Agency that specialises in SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, and Digital Strategy. They are looking to hire an experienced Digital Account Manager to join their growing Client Services team.
The Role:
As the Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day client relationships and delivering projects across Website builds, SEO, Paid Media, and Paid Social. The ideal candidate will bring a strong Digital agency background and a passion for helping clients succeed across digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships
* Understand client goals and challenges to deliver tailored digital strategies
* Proactively identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements
* Lead regular check-ins, reports, and performance reviews
* Manage Digital projects end-to-end, including Website Builds, SEO, PPC, and Paid Social
* Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to ensure smooth delivery and clear communication
* Troubleshoot project challenges quickly and confidently to keep everything on track
* Ensure alignment across SEO, Paid Media, Content, Design, and Web functions
* Develop and implement Digital strategies that meet KPIs and business objectives
* Review and adapt campaign approaches to maximise impact
* Work closely with internal teams to align on deliverables and deadlines
Requirements:
* Solid experience in Digital Account Management, with a focus on Website Builds and Marketing Strategy
* Proven experience in a digital agency environment
* Hands-on experience managing SEO, Paid Social, and PPC campaigns
* Confident project lead who can hit the ground running and take ownership from day one
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Ability to juggle multiple client accounts and priorities with ease
* Comfortable using digital reporting and project management tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEO platforms, Trello, Jira),
* A good understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, WooCommerce)
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Additional Information:
* Hybrid working offered for those based in London
* Remote working available for candidates based in Edinburgh or Glasgow
* £35,000 – £40,000
