About the Role
We are delighted to be recruiting for the role of Assistant Manager in our Henry Street Clinic. As an Assistant Manager at Therapie Clinic, you will play a key role in managing our growing clinics, overseeing all aspects of daily operations and commercial activities. You will support the Clinic Manager in creating the best environment for the team and clients, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, where you will have the chance to secure a spot in our Future Leader Assessment Centre, where you can develop your skills and grow into the future leaders of our business.

Key Responsibilities
* Assisting the Clinic Manager with the daily operations of the clinic.
* Managing and improving the day-to-day operation in the clinic.
* Ensuring clients are at the forefront of everything we do, delivering a 5-star service at all times.
* Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
* Driving sales and ensuring that the clinic is working towards its full potential.
* Supporting with mentoring team members within the clinic to aid their career development.
* Performing ad hoc duties as required.

* Excellent communication and teaching skills.
* High level of organization and detail-oriented.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills with an ability to self-direct when necessary.
