Overview of the role

We are now very excited to grow that team further by hiring a new Business Analyst who will be responsible for documenting system requirements for the development and maintenance of our internal solutions and customer facing portals.
What will you be doing?
1. Develop and maintain systems: you will be the interface between business and software delivery teams, able to identify any problems with the current business models, systems and processes and conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions and help introduce these solutions to stakeholders.
2. Product roadmaps: you will work alongside the product stakeholders to help develop and maintain the product roadmap as well as collaborating with strategic stakeholders to understand and document detailed system requirements for new feature and defects.
3. Communication: you will be responsible for regularly communicating the status and progress of stories in development to stakeholders as well as liaising with internal suppliers as required to ensure necessary resources are in place. Ultimately you will be the single sourc...
