About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This role requires substantial direct management experience within Human Resources, including policy development, corporate/strategic planning, managing change, and handling complex employment relations casework. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and attending Employment Tribunals.
Key Responsibilities
* Human Resources Management: Develop and implement HR policies, manage corporate and strategic planning, and oversee change management processes.
* Employment Relations: Handle complex disciplinary, capability, and grievance matters, and prepare for and attend Employment Tribunals.
* People Management: Effectively manage a team within a customer-focused service delivery environment.
* Stakeholder Communication: Maintain a successful track record of communicating and working with stakeholders and partners.
* Performance Management: Implement performance management and quality assurance processes in HR service delivery.
* Project Management: Successfully manage projects and deliver services to set standards.
* Risk Management: Apply risk management strategies in setting objectives and managing principal risks.
