Responsibilities
1. Lead and support the roadmap and implementation of One Consumer for the group across 1P/2P data ecosystems.
2. Help establish UKI as a European pioneer in One Beauty ID, bridging the gap between L’Oréal 1P data and 2P retailer shopper data and 2P publishers.
3. Be a driving force in upskilling the organization on all topics related to consumer data & activation.
4. Drive 1P Data Acquisition & Activation strategy by partnering closely with Media Teams, Commercial teams, Ecommerce teams, and key stakeholders in the divisions/brands to optimize and set priorities, as well as set targets.
5. Work in very close collaboration with Media team and media agency on 1P audience strategy and audience activation across media platforms.
6. Own the multi-div 1P measurement agenda (acquisition, conversion, retention, and valorization), in collaboration with Data Team & Analytics.
7. Deepen understanding and awareness of the Consumer Lifecycle, and how to drive more effective digital engagement and increase CLV.
8. Lead the CRM/DDX extended team (tribe), and create a culture of consumer data centricity.
9. Maintain best practices across DDX and our direct marketing channels through CRM tribes, upskilling, project, and process management.
Who You Are
1. A solid background in CRM and consumer data, ideally understanding and knowledge about data cleanrooms.
2. A real passion for consumer experience and data-driven marketing.
3. Excellent ability to coordinate, collaborate, and problem-solve by managing a broad set of stakeholders within various areas of the business.
4. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present with gravitas and debate key topics.
5. A technical understanding of CRM and related tools including Google Analytics, Data Lakes, Databases & Cleanroom capabilities.
6. A positive attitude to ambiguity and able to tackle problems with a very structured approach.
7. Ability to build strong working relationships and influence internal teams, agency partners, Divisions, and Zone counterparts.
8. Good written & verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex or technical matters in a simple way across all levels of the organization.
9. The ability to juggle multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously and cross-functionally.
10. Extremely fluent with consumer data KPIs and demonstrable experience in translating consumers’ data and behaviors into business opportunities.
