About the King’s Arms
Located in Dorking, Surrey, the King’s Arms is a historic high-street pub renowned for its warm welcome, excellent food, and drink. Established in 1405, it has hosted notable figures such as Charles II and was featured in Charles Dickens' novel Little Dorrit. The pub features four levels of cozy alcoves, original oak-beamed ceilings, and two courtyard gardens.
Role Expectations
As a brand ambassador, you will foster an inclusive culture, lead and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service, and work with the Operations Manager to meet business objectives, ensuring growth, customer satisfaction, and success.
