Job Title: Client Services Administrator
Location: Sherborne, Dorset
Contract Details: 9am - 5.15pm Monday - Friday (1 hour lunch break)
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum

Responsibilities: As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the client services team to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to all clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Client on-boarding: Ensuring accurate documentation is provided to/received from clients, establishing client records, and carrying out anti-money laundering checks.
* Data Retention: Accurately inputting and updating client data across all systems.
* Transfers: Managing the process of receiving and forwarding correct documentation to relevant third parties.
* Processing instructions: Efficiently processing instructions from clients and ensuring prompt execution.
* Managing client communications: Taking incoming and making outbound calls to clients and third parties, maintaining ongoing client relationships, and addressing client queries.
* Continuous Professional Development: Updating your knowledge of the rules and legislation surrounding the products and services offered by our client.
Essential: To excel in this role, you will possess the following:
* A professional and proactive approach, with the ability to learn quickly and support busy teams.
* Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work within restricted timescales.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* A positive 'can do' attitude.
