Within this role, you will be supporting clients through the complex landscape of commercial risk. This team understands the diverse needs of businesses, meticulously crafting bespoke solutions to empower businesses to navigate uncertainty and achieve unwavering growth.
This is a full-time, permanent position with the option to work 2-3 days per week in the Maidstone office for a balanced work experience.
We are seeking an ambitious Account Handler with commercial broking experience and a customer-focused approach, able to work independently and flexibly to achieve tight deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
1. Monitoring renewals and new business activity to aid effective planning and resourcing.
2. Participating in team meetings and managing assigned projects.
3. Reviewing client documentation to ensure comprehensive and accurate information is presented for the quoting process.
4. Communicating client requirements to ensure appropriate marketing of the risk.
5. Working with underwriters to place insurance that balances quality, coverage, and price.
6. Processing data promptly and accurately.
